Daily horoscopes, although widely available, are often criticised for a legitimate reason: in 24 hour only the moon changes position in the sky, covering more or less half of a sign. It is therefore obvious that any individual, in the complexity of his or her own chart, can have much longer and meaningful transits in course, on the sun itself or on other planets, and within that astral context, the “touch” of the moon can only have a fleeting effect at most. In this sense, a daily horoscope can describe brief moods or small facts that, although part of more long-term processes, belong nevertheless to our daily reality. These are moments that pass but leave an effect, and without them our days would be all the same.
