Jupiter transiting trine Mercury

It is an agreeable, dynamic transit, which creates a good mood! In this period, which can last up to two or three weeks, the couple desires movement, company, stimuli. As a consequence partners travel, or go out more often in the evening, share cultural initiatives, moments of relaxation, hobbies and friendships. They talk at length about anything and everything! The trine aspect in particular enriches the relationship with a healthy expansive and optimistic energy: there is openness, warmth, generosity, reciprocal trust and pleasure in the sharing of thoughts and intentions. Also, relationships with children improve and can give great satisfaction. In some cases this transit can signify a moment of relief, after more difficult periods due to work problems or otherwise. In any case, there will always be a reason to celebrate, invite friends over, or spoil oneself (though watch out for unnecessary expenses)! In the sextile aspect these agreeable sensations are comparatively moderate, but they change the vision of the future positively and the enjoyment of the present; partners can feel encouraged to make even long-term common choices, with hope and enthusiasm.

Jupiter transiting square Venus

The dissonance between Jupiter and Venus often leads to an increase in sentiments or behaviour within the couple. If there is greater desire, there is also greater jealousy, because passion is intense but perennially unsatisfied as well as absolutist and even exaggerated. Particularly in the square aspect the erotic rush seems to increase and even to go too far taking form in a kind of greed, in the necessity of continuous and growing stimuli. "I am all yours", "I would do anything for you" and sentences like this can recur and highlight the "totalising" valence of this transit, as well as the partners' error of considering the relationship as an equivalent of life, and not as a component, as important as it may be. At times the opposition aspect represents a critical standstill after the trine of the preceding year, forcing the partners to become conscious of their individual value that both have within the "couple" organism, the same way that no fire can provide heat if it is not fuelled. In these cases, erotic enthusiasm can decrease in quality and quantity, and the lack of satisfaction generates complaints, protests or sterile requests, whereas it would be necessary to recover the mutual interest and more respectful motivations, considering the individual needs and desires.

Pluto transiting conjunct Moon

It is a very important transit for the couple, perhaps even more important than that of Pluto to the Sun. For the same reason, it can be also more delicate: both Pluto and the Moon work on subconscious planes, while the enrichment of each transit passes through conscious elaboration, which in this case cannot be easy or immediate. In any case, the Moon in a composite chart represents the sense of certainty, the ability of partners to look after each other and in turn to feel protected, comforted, assisted in their most intimate needs. It is also the ability to lay oneself bare without masks, which brings the couple to trust each other naturally. From this point of view, Pluto wants something more than gifts like sensations and emotions: it wants the partners to dig into the most profound corners of their psyche, which might bring to the surface their deepest fears, their most hidden weaknesses, and then their childish but - at the same time - motherly part, co-operating to give the relationship the necessary feeding to grow. In this period common dreams become reality, their harmony becomes more intense and subtle, the ability to feel each other becomes almost telepathic, and the perception of the relationship itself changes, whereas important aspects so far underestimated prove to be true. It is also a period of greater fertility, in which we cannot exclude conceptions ...
