woke up screaming but don't know if i was actually screaming. No one heard me and if i was screamng for help then no one assisted

Dear Hendy, it can happen that someone think to scream or quarrel or fall during sleep. Usually it belongs to half asleep period, when noises and lights come to the coscience but the bosy is still asleep or just the contrary. You needed to wake up and that scream did it.
