The dream

A dream were i was looking at the mirror and i saw myself with a disgusting, horrible diseace on my neck and my mouth. On my neck I had some black bumps that were giving me alot of pain and i really felt it in my dream as well as the fact that most of my mouth was covered in white tissue that looked awful. Please help me find out what this means.
