The dream

Hi! I had a dream that the man I love finally moved to the U.S. to be with me. Everything was wonderful and I finally felt like I could breathe after 2 years of long distance frustration. Then, one day as I was making lunch, I hear a knock on the door.  When I open it, there is a woman standing there - his ex-wife - who announces that she is pregnant.  I was crestfallen in the dream, but at the same time knew some betrayal was coming.  What does it mean?  I'm 32 and have been in love with this guy for the past 2 years after meeting him in the most serendipitous of circumstances.
